Rent 
The villa can be rented for 1 or more weeks. The rental rates are per week and depend on the season.
The rental rates are specified underneath, as well as in our detailed section 'rent' on this website.
The prices include gas, water, and electricity. You can also make free use of the bedding, towels, etc. The villa is also equipped with free Wifi and TV.
Supplementary fees are for a one-time mandatory final cleaning, see the 'additional costs' section on this site. Interim cleaning is possible at additional costs.
Rental prices
In principle, rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday. Saturday is the default changeover day. Sometimes, it is possible to adjust dates in consultation.
Arrival time is from 4 pm and departure time is at 10 in the morning. These times can be adjusted in consultation. Day of arrival and/or departure are indicated on our agenda as 'half booked'.
Leased weeks are indicated on our availability page as 'not available' when a period is definitively occupied.
When an option has been issued for a particular period, this period is marked as 'reserved' on our agenda. It is possible that such indicated periods will again be released.

Low season (January, February, March, November, December) € 1.800 a week
Shoulder season (April, May, June, September, October) € 2.300 a week
High season (July and August) € 2.650 a week
Rent includes gas, electricity, water, use of TV and Wifi.
You can make free use of the bedding, towels, etc.
Mandatory one-off additional costs:
Final cleaning € 250 (intermediate cleaning is possible against extra payment)
Deposit € 1.800
