The villa consists of 4 floors and a roof terrace.
The ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry and toilet.
The large kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave and oven. In the pantry there is a washing machine, in the basement a dryer.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. The small bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom.
The 3rd floor has a roof terrace with stunning views over the entire Cap and the sea, towards Cannes and Antibes. The roof terrace is equipped with a refrigerator and sunbeds.
The basement is separately accessible and consists of a bedroom, kitchen with large fridge, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink and storage (for bicycles, beach equipment, garden furniture and dryer).
The garden is 800 m2 and is equipped with garden furniture.
There are 3 mountain bikes and a barbecue for use by guests.
